Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	This photo is a political campaign photo created in 2006 by the deceased for political campaign advertisement purposes. The original purpose of the photo was intended to be publicly disseminated as widely as possible towards being re-elected to state Congress. As a public campaign advertising photo in a government election, its purpose for the deceased was non-commercial.
