Description
English: This is a large dacite boulder of the Rendija Canyon Member of the Tschicoma Formation. The white spots are plagioclase feldspar phenocrysts. This was erupted as a high-silica magma between 5 and 3 million years ago. Photographed east of Guaje Pines Cemetary, Los Alamos, New Mexico, USA.
