Rayed Abdullah Salem Al Harbi had been listed on Saudi Arabia's list of most wanted terrorist suspects, on February 3 2009. At the time of his apprehension Al Harbi, and Yussef Al Shehri, a comrade, were dressed in a traditional head-to-toe female garment, and were wearing suicide explosive belts.
