Summary

Description
English: Little Ratra (officially Ratra House) in the Phoenix Park in Dublin. From 1876, it became the official residence of the Private Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland. It was unofficially named "Little Ratra" by its one time resident, ex-president Douglas Hyde. It later became the headquarters of the Civil Defence. Today, it houses the administrative offices of Gaisce - the President's award.
