Summary

Description
English: This image is derived from "Wire inverted L antenna construction.png". It is an illustration of an "un-typed" antenna, a so-called "random wire": Notice that the antenna is end-fed and its horizontal segments ar set at an angle of roughly 90°, with no ostensible length relation. Assuming a wavelength of roughly 80 meters (about 260 feet) one might guess that its length is approximately 100 feet, hence too short for a Beverage antenna.
