English: The text says No. 667: Jos' [Joseph] W. [Warren] Revere, San Geronimo. - Map of certificate. Tited (?) in office March 1st, 1855. Gov. Fisher, [Esq?]. B. P.L. accerped(?) to the deposition of Jose S. Berryboa(?) January(?) 5th 1855~" The map has a small chapel-looking building labeled J. Rafael. It shows the historical San Geronimo valley once owned by Revere.

Author The artstyle resembles that of Revere's himself; he also drew maps in his other works. The handwriting appears to be in his style. However, the prominent name is Governor Fisher.
