DescriptionRailway bridge over River Avon, Warwick - geograph.org.uk - 1596820.jpg
English: Railway bridge over River Avon, Warwick. A similar view to 1205367 but here it may be seen that the columns nearest the camera are supported about a foot higher than those across the river. This tends to confirm that the bridge is inclined as well as skewed.
The Oxford to Birmingham line, built under the supervision of Brunel and later incorporated into the GWR, opened in 1852. Whether this bridge is that old is not known.
