English: Railway at Sligo Quay Most of the rail freight handled at Sligo passed through the depot known as “Sligo Quay”. The line continued beyond there, onto harbour property, to serve a bitumen works. Locomotive No. 170, with a train of bitumen tanks, is seen approaching the western end of the deepwater siding.
