Description The historic 1910-built Railway Exchange Building, better known as the Oregon Pioneer Building (its name since 1962), in downtown Portland, Oregon, from the east-northeast. It is listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. The building's current main use is as the Hi-Lo Hotel.
