Summary

Description Page 4 of a lecture brochure from the Redpath Lyceum Bureau for illustrator and cartoonist R. F. Outcault's "Funny Pictures" lecture. Outcault was represented by the lecture bureau; they would arrange speaking engagements for him on the subject. Outcault himself illustrated his brochure.
Date Not dated, but would have to be circa 1902 (creation of Buster Brown who is pictured in the brochure) and 1928 (death of Outcault).
