Русский: В центре диска - эмблема Банка России (двуглавый орел с опущенными крыльями, под ним надпись полукругом "БАНК РОССИИ"), обрамленная кругом из точек и надписями по кругу: вверху - "СТО РУБЛЕЙ", внизу - "2009 г.", слева - обозначение металла, проба сплава, справа - содержание драгоценного металла в чистоте и товарный знак монетного двора.
English: In the center is the Bank of Russia emblem (a double-headed eagle with lowered wings, with "BANK OF RUSSIA" inscribed in a semicircle below). Around the circumference are a circle of dots and inscriptions: "ONE HUNDRED RUBLES" at the top, "2009" at the bottom, the metal designation and alloy fineness on the left, and the precious metal content and mint mark on the right.
ქართული: დისკის ცენტრში გამოსახულია რუსეთის ბანკის ემბლემა (ორთავიანი არწივი დაშვებული ფრთებით, რომლის ქვეშ ნახევარწრიულად წერია "რუსეთის ბანკი"). გარშემოწერილობაზე წერტილების წრე და წარწერებია: ზევით - "ასი რუბლი", ქვევით - "2009", მარცხნივ - ლითონის აღნიშვნა და შენადნობის სინჯი, ხოლო მარჯვნივ - ძვირფასი ლითონის შემცველობა და ზარაფხანის ნიშანი.
