Română: Descrierea stemei:

Stema comunei Bucoşniţa, potrivit anexei nr. 1.1, se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, împărţit în căprior (chevron).Prima partiţie, dreapta, pe fond de azur, are un fluier de argint.În partiţia a doua, în mijloc, pe fond roşu, se află un cocoş orientat spre dreapta, de aur.Partiţia a treia, stânga, în câmp de argint, are o ramură verde de gorun, aşezată în bandă, cu inflorescenţa neagră spre stânga.Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint, cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate:

Fluierul de argint simbolizează tradiţia folclorică a zonei.Cocoşul de aur este simbolul temerităţii, vigilenţei şi belşugului.Ramura verde de gorun simbolizează trăinicia, prosperitatea şi bogăţia fondului silvic al zonei.Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
