Română: Descrierea stemei:

Potrivit anexei nr. 1.1, stema oraşului Rupea se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite. În interiorul scutului, în câmp albastru, se află 3 turnuri identice de argint, cu câte două ferestre şi creneluri la coronament. Fiecare turn se află pe o terasă verde, delimitată de şanţuri de apărare, şi este surmontat de câte o coroană de aur, deschisă, cu 3 fleuroane. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu 3 turnuri crenelate. Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate: Cele 3 turnuri împreună cu coroanele reprezintă elementele vechi ale emblemei scaunului şi târgului Rupea, făcând trimitere la cetatea medievală existentă în zonă. Platforma verde simbolizează peisajul natural şi şanţurile de apărare ale localităţii. Coroana murală cu 3 turnuri crenelate semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de oraş.
