Descrierea stemei:

Stema comunei Cincu, potrivit anexei nr. 1.2, se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, despicat în furcă răsturnată. În partea dreaptă, în câmp albastru, se află un turn de biserică, de argint. Turnul prezintă doar partea superioară văzută dinspre două laturi, respectiv cele două ceasuri şi cele 4 ferestre superioare care se află pe fiecare dintre cele două laturi. Acoperişul este ascuţit, cu 4 ape, din care se văd 3. La baza acoperişului se află 3 turnuleţe cu acoperiş conic. În partea stângă, în câmp roşu, se află un cap de zimbru, având între coarne o stea cu 5 colţuri, totul de aur. În partea inferioară, în câmp de argint, se află un copac cu frunze verzi şi 7 mere roşii. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint, cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate:

Turnul de biserică reprezintă biserica-cetate evanghelică ce datează din secolul al XIII-lea, fiind declarată monument istoric. Capul de zimbru cu stea între coarne face referire la stema fostului târg Cincu. Copacul cu mere simbolizează activitatea specifică din zonă, pomicultura. Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
