Public domain According to the Romanian Law on Copyright and Neighboring Rights Law no. 8/1996 of March 14, 1996 with further amendments Chapter 3 Article 9 the following documents shall not benefit from the legal protection accorded to copyright:

Therefore this image is assumed to be in the public domain worldwide, although some of the above categories may be subject to usage restrictions within Romania.

Română: Descrierea stemei:

Potrivit anexei nr. 1.2, stema comunei Hopârta se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, despicat. În dreapta, în câmp roşu, se află un ciocan negru de argint şi o nicovală de argint, armate cu negru. În stânga, în câmp albastru, se află o creangă cu două frunze şi două ghinde de stejar armate cu negru, totul de aur. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat. Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate: Ciocanul cu nicovală reprezintă una din ocupaţiile locuitorilor, aceea de fierar, care a fost practicată din cele mai vechi timpuri, aducându-le faima de buni meseriaşi.
