Description
English: The Lizard Lifeboat lauches into the waters of Kilcobben Cove off the Cornish coast to take part in a winching exercise with 771 Naval Air Squadron.

The Lizard Lifeboat Station sits in one of the most remote and rugged settings in the whole of Great Britain – at the foot of a 140ft (45 metre) cliff, less than a mile from England’s most southerly point.

The Lizard Lifeboat, a Tamar Class All-Weather Lifeboat named Rose launches into the sea at the Lizard Peninsula to take part in a winching exercise with Culdrose based 771 Naval Air Squadron Seakings.
