English: The plaque given to the University of Guelph by the No. 4 Wireless Association (veteran's group) in 1988. The plaque is difficult to read. The inscription says: 1941 1945 ROYAL CANADIAN AIR FORCE No. 4 WIRELESS SCHOOL THE MEMBERS OF THE NO. 4 WIRELESS SCHOOL ASSOCIATION DEDICATED THIS PLAQUE JUNE 25,1988 TO COMMEMORATE THE BRITISH COMMONWEALTH AIR TRAINING PLAN THAT WAS LOCATED ON THIS CAMPUS (1941-1945) AND TO HONOUR THE MEMORY OF THEIR COMRADES WHO DIED IN THE SERVICE OF THEIR COUNTRY DURING WORLD WAS II The plaque is located at the base of tower on Johnston Hall. Johnston Hall was the Administration or Headquarters building for Royal Canadian Air Force No. 4 Wireless School, Guelph, Ontario, Canada. Building number 8 on the RCAF site plan.
