| Description | A Lockheed Tristar K.1 (s/n ZD951) of No. 216 Squadron, Royal Air Force, refuels U.S. Navy McDonnell Douglas F/A-18C Hornet fighters from Carrier Air Wing Fourteen (CVW-14), based on the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN-76) on 9 October 2008. The Hornet nearer to the camera (tail code NK-306) belongs to strike fighter squadron VFA-113 Stingers, the one taking fuel (NK-402) to VFA-25 Fist of the Fleet. |
