Queso relleno es un platillo típico de la Península de Yucatán, elaborado a base de una pieza de queso de bola (Tipo Edam) relleno de carne molida sazonada con especies de la región y presentada con una salsa de harina de maíz llamada kol y salsa de jitomate.
