English: Quaoar and its moon Weywot. This image tries to show the moderately red color of Quaoar (B-V=0.94, V-R=0.64), as seen in an approximately true color scheme. Quaoar is estimated to have an equatorial diameter of 1138 km, with an oblateness of 0.897. Estimates as of 2019 have shown that Weywot is larger (170 km) than previously thought (85 km), implying a lower albedo than Quaoar.
