Summary

Description

Psychosocial workers with International Rescue Committee (IRC), help rape survivors in South Kivu, DRC access the services they need to begin to restore their physical and mental health. They are speaking with the IRC’s gender-based violence program coordinator. USAID supports more than 90 NGOs in DRC—most in the east of the country—that provide services to rape survivors. (2010)
