Summary

Description
English: An anti-American protest banner seen at the Volksstimmefest, Vienna, Austria, September 4, 2005. The Volksstimmefest is an annual two-day event organized by the Communist Party of Austria at the Jesuitenwiese, Prater, Leopoldstadt. It takes place on the first weekend in September. The text of the banner translates as "Tie Goliath's hands—he's gone crazy".
