Summary

Description
English: In 1861, one "Pricilla Baltimore" (sic), occupation "washer", paid $500 as a "Free Negro Bond" to the State of Missouri,[1] for the right to reside in the state "during good behavior". From the Missouri History Museum Research Center. Does not seem to be clear if this is the founder of Brooklyn, Illinois.
