Description
English: Prince Eugene monument by József Róna and Rezső Nay architect (1899). A Bronze equestrian statue (c. 470 cm high) on limestone base (560cm high) with two Bronze reliefs about the Battle of Zenta. Savoyai in his right hand holds a a military leader stick. Above Bronze reliefs are two stone figures: a young and an old Turkish prisoner sitting (side figures carved by Ivan Mestrovic?). - Savoyai terrace, Royal palace area, Várnegyed neighbourhood (on Buda Castle Hill), Budapest District I.
