Description
English: Located on Quebec's North Shore, the Micoua electric substation converts 315kV power from five hydroelectric dams for transmission at 735 kV. The facility, owned by Hydro-Québec's TransÉnergie division, is one of the northern hubs of its 12,000 km network of 735 kV power lines.
Français : Le poste électrique de Micoua, sur la Côte-Nord du Québec. Le poste convertit le courant à 315 kV de cinq centrales en courant 735 kV. Cette installation de TransÉnergie, une filiale d'Hydro-Québec, est l'un des quelques noeuds nordiques de son réseau de lignes à 735 kV, long de 12 000 km.
