Summary

Description
English: Using the Danish triaxial a triaxial sample was:

1. CU cyclic loaded to liquefaction 2. CU crushed to plastic yield. 3. Pulled to initial length. 4. CU cyclic loaded to recover stiffness 5. Steps 1 to 4 repeated for a couple cycles in effort to find "non liquefiable" density.

Unusually large wrinkles formed during the test, as specimen lost a lot of volume. The wrinkles were preserved by manipulating stiffness of the specimen. They show the sample was soft enough to imprint soft wrinkles of thin latex, but the shear friction at the end plates is almost nonexistent, as the sample is not deformed at the tips.
