English: Portable radio receiving a DAB+ station in the UK. This reflects a change in policy to permit DAB+ broadcasts, which are incompatible with older DAB-only radios. (The station is "Virgin Radio Anthems", being broadcast at 32 kbps on the "SDL National"/"Sound Digital" multiplex on band 11A (216.928 MHz) in Scotland. The radio is a "Roberts Sports DAB 5" bought in late 2016, which is DAB, DAB+ and FM compatible.) |
