第六条 警徽及其图案不得用于：

  1. 商标、商业广告；
  2. 日常生活的陈设布置；
  3. 私人婚、丧、庆、悼活动；
  4. 娱乐活动；
  5. 其他有碍于警徽庄严的场合或者物品。
第七条 警徽为人民警察专用标志，其他单位和个人不得持有、使用、制作、仿造、伪造和买卖警徽，也不得使用与警徽及其图案相类似的标志。
