English: Thomas Forster, worked 1690-1717, Portrait of Lady Anne Churchill, Dated 1700, Graphite on vellum, Inscribed by the artist lower right in Latin 'Forster /Drew this' and dated '1700' Museum no. P.20-1910, Bequeathed by Captain H. B. Murray. Lady Anne Churchill (1683-1716) was the daughter of John Churchill, 1st Duke of Marlborough. This miniature dates from the time of her marriage to Charles Spencer, 3rd Earl of Sunderland.
