The Cheltenham Townhouse is a 'boutique' bed and breakfast hotel. In the 19th century, Montagu Villa at 1 Clarendon Villas (now 6 Pittville Lawn) was for decades the home of Frances Emilia Crofton nee Dunn, the artist known as Mrs William Crofton.
