France, Italy, USA, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Spain, Russia and of course Sweden
I probably missed some of the areas of the countries.
yeah, you missed the part of Germany that was formerly East Germany (DDR). And Sicily (Italy), Corsica (France) and some Swedish islands in the Baltic Sea. No big deal, though 193.11.234.200 14:50, 2 August 2006 (UTC)
Fixed. Any more that I missed? WP 09:34, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
If someone could check the websites of the respective Pirate Party and color code them according to whether they are officially registered that would be great.
the austrian pirate party is official registered at the Austrian Interior Ministry (I got confirmation by mail) --Juxi 07:46, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
The German pirate party is now officially registered. This however only means to deposit some signed documents to the national election leader. --82.119.185.58 16:57, 8 November 2006 (UTC) (Jan Huwald; Politischer Geschäftsführer d. Piratenpartei Deutschland)
Please make the dark grey a little lighter, hard to see the difference. 213.65.75.188 20:40, 30 August 2006 (UTC)
Please remove the border line between East and West Germany. There's no DDR anymore ;)
I have fixed the DDR/BRD as well as changed some of the colors in Inkscape. I thought I set it up properly to edit using an external editor. It started up and I edited and saved. It uploaded the file somewhere (I watched the traffic) but then it just didn't get updated. I can't find any help on this anywhere. --Mailman-zero 06 Sep 2006
I uploaded this image seperately and linked to it out of desperation. If anyone knows how to make this image an update of the old one (PiratePartiesMap.svg), be my guest! --Mailman-zero 07 Sep 2006
According to the German Pirat Party website They are officially registered as a National Party in Germany as of 9 September 2006. This needs to be updated in the map.
Don't believe everything these clowns claim on their web site.
"These clowns" don't claim that. The site only says that the party was founded on 09/09(!)/2006. To become registered they need more members.
