Description Log drive on Pine Creek, probably in Lycoming or Tioga County, Pennsylvania, USA. The men and horses are rolling logs that have beached on the shores of the creek back into the water. An ark is visible, and the mountainside is nearly bare of trees from clearcutting.
Date Taken before 1905 (or perhaps 1908) as the last log drive on Pine Creek was then.
