A miner from Kamatanda, one of the mining areas in the Katanga province in southeastern D. R. Congo. It is well documented that thousands of children also work in these mines. SRSG Martin Kobler visited the area on 7 February 2014. Kamatanda is located near Likasi, the second town in the province after Lubumbashi, the provincial capital. Il est de notoriété publique que des milliers d’enfants travaillent également dans ces mines.
