Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	one use only, small size, heavily cropped, low (reduced) resolution
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The portrait has been very significantly cropped down to a mere 'head-shot' (with the remainder then further reduced in size/resolution to 80%). I do not believe there is any significant commercial value in the original in full resolution (there are better photos of Braitwhaite licensed for commercial use) and certainly see no damage being done to whatever limited commercial opportunities may be held by the copyright owner by the use of this cropped low-res version here.(Also, the image used has not been taken not from a high resolution source but from a digitised version of a printed document thus the full photo was already of a reduced resolution before cropping etc).
