Summary

Description
English: Seal and counterseal of w:Philippe de Toucy, regent of the w:Latin Empire. The obverse shows Philippe on a horse surrounded by the inscription + S' DNI PHILIP[...] [...]CIACO, which can be interpreted as sigillum domini Philippi de Tociaco (seal of lord Philip of Toucy). The reverse shows his coat of arms, derived from that of France, with the words + S DNI PHILIPI : DE TOCIACO.
