Summary
DescriptionPeter Nestler - Jump-roping around the world.jpg |
English: CAMP HUMPHREYS – Peter Nestler, a world-class jump rope champion with a message, entertained students from Humphreys American School, Tuesday, in the Youth Services gymnasium (Bldg. 570). Nestler, originally from Ketchikan, Alaska, but now calls Tulsa, Okla., home, travels the world performing at about 350 schools a year. While entertaining the students with his jump roping and unicycle riding skills, he delivers a message to the students that they “can fuse their talents with work, education and determination.” Following the demonstration, many of the students were impressed enough that they came up and asked for his autograph.
