Secretary of State for Health and Social Care Steve Barclay and Minister of State for Health Maria Caulfield sign a reciprocal healthcare deal with Chief Minister of Guernsey, Deputy Peter Ferbrache, which will allow residents of the UK and the Bailiwick of Guernsey to access free emergency and necessary healthcare when visiting either territory from 1 January 2023.
