Summary

Description
English: Monmument marking the plot of Swiss-born Knoxville businessman Peter Staub (1827–1904) and family. Staub's Theater, Knoxville's first opera house, was built by Staub in 1872. The theater stood where the Plaza Tower now stands on Gay Street.
