English: "Perde pilavı" from Turkey, "pilav" (Turkish pilaf) with chicken meat and spices. The pilav is covered with a "yufka" and put to the oven. Notice the beautifully placed almonds on top. This is an "individual" perde pilavı, I cut it to show the inside. Note: I ate this plate at a traditional restaurant in Üsküdar, either Kanaat or Niyazibey, am not sure.
