Description
Deutsch: Südwestansicht der Kirche am Steinhof, auch Leopoldskirche bezeichnet, auf dem Gelände des Sozialmedizinischen Zentrums Baumgartner Höhe bzw. Otto-Wagner-Spitals im 14. Wiener Gemeindebezirk Penzing. Die Kirche wurde von 1904 bis 1907 über dem traditionellen Grundriss eines griechischen Kreuzes nach Plänen des Architekten Otto Wagner als Anstaltskirche errichtet. Sie ist der bedeutendste Sakralbau der Wiener Moderne in Wien.
