English: Owens Valley penstemon (Penstemon patens), plant with large base of gray-green leaves and a stem with many deep-pink flowers. At 6,200 ft (1,900 m) on west side of Lower Rock Creek, MonCounty, California, in the Eastern Sierra Nevada.
