Photo of the vocal group The Angels from a program for noted New York disc jockey Murray the K's Holiday Revue of 1961. He was well-known for hosting live music shows in the New York City area in the 1950s and 1960s. The program is for one of his 1961 shows.
A search of the UPenn records for 1961 under books and under periodicals turned up no copyright registrations for this program. A further search was done at copyright.gov for any possible renewals. There were no results for Murray the K or for the disk jockey's real name, Murray Kaufman.
While I believe the program was never copyrighted, I am licensing this as copyright not renewed to be sure of the correct license.
Note that it may still be copyrighted in jurisdictions that do not apply the rule of the shorter term for US works (depending on the date of the author's death), such as Canada (70 years p.m.a.), Mainland China (50 years p.m.a., not Hong Kong or Macao), Germany (70 years p.m.a.), Mexico (100 years p.m.a.), Switzerland (70 years p.m.a.), and other countries with individual treaties.
