Though this image is from a web site that may be subject to copyright, I feel its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. It is a photograph of very important historical figures in Mexican Cinema who were very famous actresses during the Golden Age of Mexican Cinema.
2. It is used for identification purposes only and is a low resolution image.
3. This photo was taken in 1949, which makes it more than 50 years old.

5. The photo is being used to illustrate the part of the Dicen que Soy un Mujeriego article that describes Pedro who accosts Pedro on the street and calls him a "canana".
6. Pedro Infante have been dead for years.
7. The article on Dicen que Soy un Mujeriego talks about how much Pedro Infante was a womanizer and this scene shows him doing that.

The license would be fair-use for historic persons who are dead.
