DescriptionPatrick Collier, Bishop of Ossory, circa 1930.jpg
English: This portrait of Most Reverend Dr. Collier DD, Bishop of Ossory is a little reminder of how much has changed in Ireland over the centuries. Ferns, Ossory, Cashel even Armagh while once centres of great influence are today very much smaller centres with a long history. Most of us would have difficulty even locating Ossory the Bishop was obviously pleased to be there and the Man in Charge!
