Summary

Description
English: Cathedral of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary, Bandel Road, Patharghatta, Old Chittagong. The church is part of the oldest Christian settlement in Bengal, tracing its origins to 16th-century Portuguese rule in the region. The modern cathedral was built during the British Raj in 1843 and extensively renovated in 1933.

(21) the inclusion in a cinematograph film of – (i) any artistic work permanently situated in a public place or any premises to which the public has access; or (ii) any other artistic work, if such inclusion is only by way of background or is otherwise incidental to the principal matters represented in the film;[...]
