Description
English: A sample of pastry cream, a starch-bound cream made from milk, egg yolks, sugar, starch and vanilla. This type of cream is used in baking and for desserts. It is also known under its French name, crème pâtissière.
Deutsch: Eine Probe Konditorcreme, eine stärkegebundene Creme aus Milch, Eigelb, Zucker, Stärke und Vanille. Solche Creme wird zum Backen und als Dessertcreme verwendet, sie ist identisch mit dem üblichen Vanillepudding. Weitere Bezeichnungen sind Vanillecreme, Stärkecreme, Puddingcreme und das französische Crème pâtissière.
