- The image is being used for informational purposes showing an important aspect of the show, namely the ability of the main character to regenerate allowing the show to continue with a new actor playing the same character, this is unique to the television program Doctor Who;
- No more free alternative exists;
- The use of the image in this article will have no effect on the BBC's commercial use of the image in question.
