Français : Passage d'un profil dans une tranche d'air. Cette animation où un profil est en mouvement dans un air initialement immobile a été réalisée par traitement d'images à partir de l'animation https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Karman_trefftz.gif où c'est l'air qui s'écoule sur un profil immobile. On note que, très contre intuitivement, l'air est aspiré à l'extrados vers l'arrière du profil. D'autre part, la tranche supérieure ne se retrouve pas au bord de fuite avec la tranche inférieure (ce qui apparaissait déjà sur l'animation d'origine).
English: Passage of a profile in an air slice. This animation where a profile is moving in an initially still air was produced by image processing from the animation https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Karman_trefftz.gif where it is the air flowing over a still profile. We note that, very counterintuitively, the air is sucked at the extrados towards the rear of the profile. On the other hand, the upper slice does not end up at the trailing edge with the lower slice (which appeared on the original animation). |
