Summary

Description
English: Distribution map of Papilio dialis (along with ?P. doddsi which is usually considered as a subspecies of P. dialis (Cotton & Racheli, 2006)) based on Shimogori (1997). Regarding the subspecific name of the Taiwanese subspecies, since Taiwanese researchers use the name tatsuta Murayama, 1970 much more often than andronicus Fruhstorfer, 1909 when describing it, I adopted their perspectives when labeling the name.
