Summary

Description
English: A panel call indicator display. This was used to display the digits a subscriber dialed through a machine switching office to an operator serving a manual exchange. The operator would read the number and complete the call manually by plugging a cord into the appropriate jack on her switchboard. Taken at the Museum of Communications in Seattle, WA.
